Access to and use of the websites is subject to any specific terms and conditions set forth on the individual pages within the websites and these terms and conditions of use (collectively, the “terms”), and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark.

Fraud Prevention

Third-Party Bookings

Reservations made through online travel agencies (OTAs) or agents are governed by the booking and cancellation policies of the respective platform. Any changes must be requested directly through that provider.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without notification will be considered a no-show and may be charged in full as per the rate rules.

Modification Policy

Changes to dates, number of guests, or room types are subject to availability and may result in rate differences. Some bookings (such as non-refundable rates) may not permit modifications.

Promotional information

We may make information regarding specific programs, offers or promotions, which we are conducting, available on the websites.
