For refundable rate plans:
Reservations booked under a non-refundable or prepaid rate are charged at the time of booking and are not eligible for refund in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, except where required by applicable law. If you cancel or fail to arrive, the total amount paid will be retained by Marvista Resorts.

If your reservation was made through a third-party (online travel agency, travel agent, or reseller), the cancellation and modification policy of that third-party may apply in addition to Marvista Resorts’ terms. Please contact the booking provider for assistance or to request changes; Marvista Resorts may require written confirmation from the third-party.
In exceptional cases (government travel restrictions, declared emergencies, or events outside the control of Marvista Resorts) we may apply alternative cancellation terms or flexible policies. Such measures are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated on the website and to affected guests.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Refund approval follows the cancellation terms of the selected rate plan.
For cancellations made through third-party booking channels, refunds must be requested via the same platform.
To cancel or modify a reservation, please use the method shown on your booking confirmation (online manage-booking link, OTA portal, or contact the resort directly). All cancellations or modifications are effective only when confirmed by Marvista Resorts in writing or via the booking platform.
