Accommodation Policy
The following accommodation terms apply to all guests staying at Marvista Resorts. By checking in, guests agree to comply with these policies to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- A valid ID or passport is required for all guests at check-in. Copies may be retained for security and legal purposes.
Guest Identification
All guests must be registered at the reception. Unregistered visitors may be restricted from accessing accommodation areas for the safety and privacy of all guests.
Occupancy Limits
Each room has a maximum occupancy depending on its type:
- Double rooms: up to 2 guests
- Triple rooms: up to 3 guests
- Quadruple rooms: up to 4 guests
Additional guests may be allowed only upon request and may incur extra charges. Children count toward total occupancy unless stated otherwise at booking.
Children Policy
Marvista Resorts welcomes families and children of all ages. To ensure comfort and safety for all guests, the following policies apply:
- Children under 6 years old may stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents, using existing bedding unless otherwise stated at booking.
- Children aged 6 to 12 years may be subject to an additional charge depending on the room type and meal plan selected.
- Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults for occupancy and rate purposes.
- Extra beds or baby cribs are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times, especially around the swimming pool, stairs, BBQ areas, and outdoor facilities.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool or engaging in any resort activities.
- For safety reasons, children may be restricted from certain areas during late hours or special events.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by children to rooms, furniture, or resort facilities.
Visitors Policy
- Visitors are allowed in designated outdoor areas only and must be announced at reception.
- Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight unless added to the reservation.
- Some facilities (such as the pool or common lounge areas) may not be available to visitors.
Pool & Facilities Usage
- Use of the swimming pool is at guests’ own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Food and glass containers are not allowed inside or around the pool area.
- Movie night areas, BBQ spaces, and shared lounges must be used respectfully and kept clean.
Quiet Hours
To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed daily from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted during these hours.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
- Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited and may result in a cleaning fee.
Pets Policy
Pets are allowed only with prior approval from Marvista Resorts. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Pet owners must ensure that their pets do not disturb other guests.
Safety & Security
- Guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings. Marvista Resorts is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Open flames or personal grills inside accommodation areas are prohibited.
- Emergency exits and pathways must remain clear at all times.
Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, furniture, equipment, or facilities during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the guest’s account or payment method on file.
Cleanliness
Guests must maintain reasonable cleanliness inside their rooms. Excessive dirt, misuse of facilities, or damage due to negligence may incur additional cleaning fees.
Illegal Activities
Any illegal or inappropriate behavior, including vandalism, harassment, or actions that endanger others, may result in immediate eviction without refund, in addition to possible legal action.
Lost & Found
Items found on the property will be held for a period of 14 days. After that, unclaimed items may be discarded. Perishable items are disposed of immediately.
Use of Media & Photography
Guests may take personal photos and videos within public areas. Commercial photography or videography requires prior written approval from Marvista Resorts.
Policy Updates
Marvista Resorts reserves the right to modify or update this accommodation policy at any time. The version published on the website at the time of check-in shall apply to all stays.
